UPDATE (January 13, 2026): Sheriff’s Office identifies Man found deceased in Jail Family notifications are complete, and the Sheriff’s Office can identify the man as Janik Jose Santiago, age 47, of Gladstone. Santiago was transported to the Clackamas County Jail on December 19, 2025, from the Washington County Jail on a warrant out of Clackamas County.
